I have a pre filled water cooler. I think its the corsaid h90. But it could not be as well. I bought this computer pre built and my temps are http://prntscr.com/dgk3og . my gpu is idling at 30c and below but my cpu is really got.

I am getting new thermal paste tommorow the arctic silver 5 to put on it I was wondering will this make much of a difference? Ive had the computer for over 2 years now and I dusted it today got all the dust and stuff out but I havent re applied thermal paste yet.

Solution
Likely, your cooler has failed in some manner.
Either a leak, non working pump or whatever.
Perhaps a fan or the pump is not running
At idle, you should be seeing 10-15c. over ambient.
New paste should make a minor difference at most.
If your H90 is still under warranty, be prepared to RMA it.

If it is not, a $35 cooler will do the job as a replacement.

It usually doesn't change the temps more than a couple degrees C. If after the new application of the thermal paste it doesn't solve the issues of high temps I would look at your fans and see if they are all spinning normally. Haven't used an AIO before but is it possible it is running low on fluid?
