Its really odd i cant alt tab or anything but i can still hear people so its like it has not crashed. I have tried cleaning my pc out, hardly any dust. It's about 6 months old and I built it myself so I doubt it's an issue with building. It has not happened on any other games but I really only play League of Legends so I'm not sure what could be causing this. I recently updated my drivers but I updated them again today and it happened like 2 hours ago.

I'm completely stumped, my pc is well over qualified to play League of Legends and all the components were working fine till this started a week ago. This happening to anyone else? I also checked reliability monitor and nothing is there like it would be after a normal crash or blue screen any ideas?

First,
Please pass on your full systems specs inclusive of your OS. It's hard to start giving suggestions if we don't know what you have inside your chassis.
Second,
Have you made sure that the issue is not confined to just one title? Does the issue crop up when you in idle? i.e, only load scenario's give the black screen/crash to desktop or is it just a black screen?
Third,
Using DDU, uninstall your GPU drivers and reinstall them with the latest found off manufacturer's site. If the latest drivers cause the issue, revert to a previous known stable driver.
