With a GTX 1060 you can achieve 60+ fps on any game at 1080p, 1440p most will play at 60+ fps maxed out, 4k no chance.

Personally i'd go with a 120hz-144hz 1080p monitor and crank the settings to high, you will get a better gaming experience.
