I've been having a fun time (jk) with building my new PC. Here are the current specs:

i7 6700k
Corsair H50
GTX 1070 (don't have yet)
ASRock Z170 Pro4
4x4 DDR4 2400 MHz Avexir Core Series RAM
NZXT Phantom 240
Corsair CX600 80+ Bronze
2TB 7200RPM HDD
240GB PCIE Gen3 x4 m.2 SSD (don't have yet)
Windows 10 (don't have yet)

The struggle I'm having is whenever I try to boot my PC , I don't get a boot signal on my monitor. In fact, my monitor doesn't even recognize it. I'm plugging my DVI into my motherboards on-board DVI input. I've got a boot if I remove all my RAM sticks except one and removing my GPU, but I don't want to use my PC without a GPU and one stick of RAM. I've checked for bent pins but I'm 99% sure that's not the issue. Here are some pictures:

All I'm left to is a possible BIOS problem which several people have also encountered, but I'm not sure what I have to do in BIOS to fix the problem. Hopefully that's what you guys are here for (or if I'm wrong and there's a different problem). Thanks!

P.S. I kinda abandoned my last post because I forgot about it's existence. Sorry alexoiu if you have to fix my problem again <3

Well, there is 3 possibilities involving RMA for sure...

1. Your GPU is bad
2. Your RAM is bad
3. Your mobo is bad

Test your RAM stick one by one without GPU.
Test your GPU alone without RAM and see if your monitor read the error message of your PC.
If everything is working individually, then I would advice to RMA your mobo right there.

From the brands in your list, I would easily point out Asrock as the problem. They are horrible and their RMA process is a nightmare.

Something as major as this would unlikely be related to the BIOS, however try to change it with your single stick of RAM.

I'll buy a new motherboard then. I might have to mortgage my house, but I'll get a more expensive board this time. Hopefully that'll fix the problem. Thanks for your help!
