z97 vs H97m which do I choose

I wanted to get the ASRock z97 motherboard for my Intel Pentium g3258 processer, but it costs 80$ which I don't have money for right now so I wanted to get the h97m instead, but is there a difference? Or is there a better motherboard for under 80$?

ASRocks latest bios has removed overclocking from the ASRock H97M ANNIVERSARY so wouldn't be good if you expect it to overclock. Tomshardware overclocked it with the H81M-P33 if it suits your needs.
