My currents:
CPU: AMD Athlon fx-4100
r9 280 non x

What MOBO+CPU can u suggest? I've been looking and searching, reading for a month now and i cant find the perfect that will fit. I've focused on 2:

i3-6100,
AMD FX-8350

I'm playing games only like Overwatch and BF. It's unplayable in 5v5 overwatch due to fps dropping drasticly.

i know i am giving fanboy provoking question but i need answer from someone who knows what he's talking about and/or has used it.

P.S Budget for CPU - 160$(could be more or less)
MOBO - 50-60$(same)

I wouldn't. Ryzen is pretty much confirmed to be as good or better IPC then Intel's Kaby Lake, but I think it's gonna be a long time until they release the budget versions, and I doubt they would release a Zen CPU cheaper then 100£ anyway, which is the price point of the i3-6100.

I would recommend the Athlon X4 860k as a low end option, which can be bought for between 50-70£, with a 30-40£ mobo or the newer i3-6100 for 100£ with a £40-50 mobo. I have a friend who owns the former, and it stills runs most games fine, even at it's age. It's extremely good value. The newer i3-6100 would give better future-proofing, which might be worth it.
I can never recommend the FX series, as the single-core performance is abysmal. It's fine for budget servers or video editing, but otherwise I had pretty bad performance in games with those CPUs. I owned the FX 8320 and 8120.
