Computer spools up for a couple of seconds then stops. All of my fans start spinning but suddenly stop, i have troed reseating my ram , using a different power point starting with one stick of ram in the far right slot. I suspect the issue may be the psu but im not sure.

Try removing the power cord, then the CMOS battery in the motherboard. Press the power button a few times to drain any static, then place the battery back with the power cord and turn it on.
