Building a PC intended for editing YouTube videos with ease at 1080p on software such as sony vegas and adobe premiere. Looking for an evaluation on the parts I have chosen and if they will 'cut the mustard', open to all suggestions. Budget is around $1,700 AUD. Cheers!

Great first try. Your CPU cooler is actually worse than a good air cooler. These small AiO liquid coolers aren't really good for much except to say that it's liquid cooled. It's when you get into the 240mm and 360mm radiators that they can really show their potential.

I've upgraded your CPU cooler and gotten a more affordable PSU to counter the expense of the cooler.

Thanks for your input, do you think a 550w psu will be enough? I plan on overclocking the i7.

Thanks for the suggestion! Do you think a hyper 212 evo would also work well?

Very true! I might just purchase the standard i7 6700 as the build is for a friend and I am not sure he is familiar with overclocking. Would overclocking benefit much in the editing/rendering process? Thanks
