I have not had my pc for very long, but when I play games it either starts flashing the screen, and then gives me an error. And when It does not give me an error it crashes and sends me strait to my desktop. It does this with every game I play. I play a few steam games and world of Warcraft every-once in awhile. The other problem I have but only happens every-once in awhile is when I am on you tube it just kicks me strait to the desktop. I have looked everywhere to try to find the problem. If you guys have any ideas how I could resolve this problem that would be awesome! thanks guys.

Okay, I ran all those test and I did not get any errors or crashes. I just hope I did them all right. When I would download them they would bring me to a read me page thing. If that was not suppose to happen let me know and I will try it again.

Yup thats the only thing left as those tests ruled out all hardware if dont correctly. How many minutes did you let prime95 run? I would suggest 5 minutes and as long as furmark went though a full pass the video card and PSU has to stable. With memtest86 being a double check on the memory with prime95 it has to be good. You check all your drives with those tools from lifewire they should be good. HD tune for sure would have found any problem with your drives.

Do you have windows install media? If not can you create it?

How did you get your system? If its an OEM then there should be a restore partition on your drive. If this is the case you can also make install media from that partition. If you have windows 10 then you can also download Microsofts media creation tool.

Be sure to tie your account to your key if its indeed windows 10. Then you can just log on to activate your windows.

I got my system from a grand prize giveaway on pure overclock. I have windows 8.1. So I am not sure how he set everything up. But there is a place where I can restore my pc, where it re installs my windows. or is that something totally different from what you are talking about?

ok it got signal, and now on the screen it says, automatic repair couldn't repair your pc.
Press'" advanced options" to try other options to repair your PC or " shutdown" to turn off your pc.
Log file: D:/ WINDOWS/System32/logfiles/Srt/SrtTrail.txt.
