Possible Power Supply Problem?

I just bought a rig from a friend. Worked fine at his place; booted fine, monitors were detected.

Brought it home, and then I accidentally spilt water on the top of the rig.

Most water landed outside of the rig. Some water went through one of my fan vents on the top. Water did make its way inside the case, but I'd say it's a very small amount. I did my best to dry up the water with a paper towel, but I didn't think it was big enough of an issue to open the computer and check for water (dumb idea). It sounded like it booted fine, however the both of my monitors wasn't catching a signal. After a few attempts, I opened the case, and I noticed a few droplets on the inside of the casing but did not find water on any of the electronics. I thought that it could've unseated a couple of components, so I double checked that, and I tried again. Still no luck. Then I used a hair dryer to try and dry up any droplets that I might not be seeing. After doing that, it didn't immediately start working, it worked (booted the OS) after the 5th or 6th attempt. And every subsequent boot up after that worked like a charm, and I thought I alleviated the problem.

Woke up this morning and I tried to boot. Nothing happened. After I unplugged-replugged the computer, and then flipped the back power supply switch. I attempted a boot and then halted again. After doing this a couple times, I finally got it to boot up properly.

Note that, I did find the water to be around the power supply. Do you think it could be the power supply? Did I fry any components? How would I go about debugging the issue?

Solution
Back to school, water inducts electric no matter how small, when water found on electricity component you should unplug and dry all the way until it vaporize.
Borrow digital multi meter and test your PSU and motherboard.
