Check the hard-drive for errors, there may be a utility in the BIOS you can run or boot of a utility disk like Hirens or Ultimate Boot CD. If not errors, try starting in safe mode with networking and run driver and BIOS updates then. If that does not work, try a repair setup of Windows. If that also fails, remove your existing drive, copy the files you need from it to another system and install a clean Windows setup on it.
