My motherboard seems like it wont fit in the case need help asap!

Solution
Use every possible hole that has a corresponding standoff under it. Some cases will have multiple positions available as not every mATX motherboard is identical in layout. This means it's entirely possible you might have to move a pre-installed standoff to a different location to match the holes in the mobo.

As far as the pics go, there's small EM tabs on the I/O shield that'll make contact with the connectors usually. These tabs are springy for that reason,. On a new I/O, this means it'll take a small amount of sideways pressure to compress them in order to get the mobo holes to line up correctly.

If there are any standoffs that absolutely do not come close to a hole and are located under the motherboard itself, remove them or they...

actually it the holes in the motherboard is very close to the screw in the case but i need to push the motherboard toward the left to line up the screw. but i still dont understand how can i install the motherboard into the case

thats exactly what i am thinking but i think the i/o shield should be fully inserted because i can line them up now but i just have to push a little bit toward the io shield, what should i do next after i line them up?

Double check that the I/o plate is fully inserted all around. It is sometimes hard to do.
Then some plates have some sort of spring tabs or similar which insures a secure fit to the motherboard.
You ideally need three hands to fit the motherboard.
One to hold the case secure, one to push the motherboard up against the I/o plate and a third to actually insert the motherboard screws.
Put the first screw in one of the holes near the I/o plate.
Leave it loose.
Then use that as a pivot and secure a diagonal hole after which all screws should go in.
Do not tighten any until you get all threaded.

And... some cases have a taller guidance pin that is higher to help position the motherboard .

See here is the point there are no holes but screw preinstalled the case ,but there are holes in the motherboard ,
