that is my build so far, does a $60 motherboard vs a $250 make any difference when it comes to FPS? I am not into OCing
 
That's a decent board for the bucks. I see you have a 'k' series intel processor, and I think for the difference of adding another $40, you should be able to get a gaming board that will give you the flexibility to push the system a few years down the road.
