my system:

so my ram is advertised at 3000 Mhz, if i set that in bios, does it count as overclocking it?

ok，on my monitor software it saids 3000 Mhz, but voltage still shows 1.2v, does it mean the 3000 Mhz doesn't mean anything

Run cpu=Z.
On the memory tab, it will tell you the specs you are currently running.
On the spd tab, it will tell you what the optional rates and voltages are.
Note that the speeds double when using dual channels.

alright, is overclocking it from 2133 Ghz (currently), to 3000 Ghz a big difference, will it damage my memory

alright, so just pick XMP and then set ram to 3000 Mhz?
