I'm using a motherboard Gigabyte GA-H77-DS3H I'm wondering if it support WD 4TB or 8TB Red?
will it be plug and play or like 3TB hdds need to install some drivers?
the newer x58 and newer intel and amd chipset as long as they have efi bios and not the old legacy bios it should see the new drives fine. before you do a swap make sure the mb has the newest bios on it.
