Yup Should work fine, but better get a 250gb ssd and a 1tb hdd, so you can use the ssd for windows/programs and the 1tb hdd for games. For most games it doesn't really matter if it's run from a ssd or hdd. Or do you already have the 500gb ssd? In that case only add a 1tb hdd.
