Reason behind this is because I don't have a disk drive nor do I have a USB flash drive either at this moment. So with that said, I want to install another SSD drive to this current motherboard but there is no way to do it currently without the disk drive and USB flash drive, so I figured if possible can I just connect my second SSD drive and install windows 7 there that would fix the problem.

My primary SSD will be transferred to another computer at another time so for now I will have to use my secondary SSD drive for this current motherboard. Would this be possible?

First of all, you need to reinstall Windows for the computer you use. You should not, and often can not simply swap a Windows installation to a different system.

So with that said, you need to buy another license and upgrade from either a DVD or USB stick.

Theoretically you could try to CLONE the systems then use a new code to activate Windows 7. I don't know if you can upgrade to Windows 10 without a USB stick or DVD but that might be an option too but since a USB stick is so easy to get I can't recommend that.

Frankly, considering a USB stick is like $5 or so my advice is to get a legal code for Windows 10 Home 64-bit then install from scratch to the SSD.
