I have an Alcatel Pixi 4 with a 32Gb Sandisk sd card in it that worked fine. I removed the card (while it was turned off) and put in another 'identical' card to test it. Then powered down and replaced my original card. It now doesn't work. Tells me it's an unsupported card and needs to be formatted. I don't want to reformat as it has data on it I don't want to lose. Help! This driving me nutso!

Hey there, 0bened0.

Connect the card to a computer via a card reader, to see if it's properly recognized and if you can get to your files and back them up. If that doesn't work, you could try accessing it via Ubuntu Live USB/DVD, to see if that OS is capable of properly recognizing the partition, so that you can recover your data. If that fails as well, you could always give it a go with data recovery software: https://www.lifewire.com/free-data-recovery-software-tools-2622893

Hope that helps.
