My build:
Amd Fx-8370
R9 390X 8gb
16 Gb ram

Cpu at 52c max. Gpu at 51c max.
I am having 30-40 FPS in Bf1. Somtimes it drops to 20. No matter what settings I use I have the same FPS.

BF1 is a really CPU intensive game, and your FX processor will most likely be the issue.

What is your GPU/CPU usage while in game?

Most high-end Intel CPUs struggle on BF1 due to the optimisation lacking at the moment, which they are working on.

Sorry, I edited my post. I have 8370 not 8350...

Would've expected it to be the CPU at 100% and the GPU with lower usage.

Have you overclocked your CPU at all? That may help increase performance.

Have you also tried switching from DX11 to DX12 or vice versa, some people mention that one or the other will provide a boost in performance.

You could also try playing in 720p if you aren't already, as that will also boost performance.

I Don't want to play in 720p. Funny thing is I had way better fps in the Beta... BEsides overclocking would be stupid because it is not even on 100% usage...

Battlefield 1 recommended Windows PC specs:

OS: 64-bit Windows 10 or later
Processor (AMD): AMD FX 8350 Wraith
Processor (Intel): Intel Core i7 4790 or equivalent
Memory: 16GB RAM
Graphics card (AMD): AMD Radeon™ RX 480 4GB
Graphics card (NVIDIA): NVIDIA GeForce® GTX 1060 3GB
DirectX: 11.1 Compatible video card or equivalent
Online Connection Requirements: 512 KBPS or faster Internet connection
Available Disk Space: 50GB.

I'd say the issue lies elsewhere.

@BlackExe - Make sure nothing else is running in the background. Make sure your drivers are up to date, etc...

Did they update the CPU optimisation now? Must have missed this :p

I was still going off of when they recommended the 6700K to be the minimum, unless I read it incorrectly.

But I agree with your assumption, that was my bad.

So what? I still have better cpu than the recomended and It is not even on 100% usage

The GPU was at 100% usage, so overclocking will allow the GPU to be used more, as this can show a slight bottleneck, although it most likely isn't.

I would recommend doing a SMART Scan, as it can show if your HDD/SSD is becoming defective.

No. They haven't changed anything. The I5-6600K is still the Intel minimum and the FX-6300 is still the AMD minimum.

Doesn't mean anything, people buy them and they can fail in 1 day, 100 days or 1000 days, it is completely random.

I am just using basic troubleshooting techniques to slowly wind down to what may fix your problem.

HDD is not the problem.
