Hello! I'm an avid CS:GO player and my current Asus gaming laptop GX60(?) is really giving me a hard time as of lately. I used to cope with the extremely low fps (40 max) but after every update they make it keeps decreasing the performance. As of now I don't have the money to build a new system but I hope to in the future. My dream is a mini gaming rig.

I have 3 options I'm thinking about since they are cheapish (in my opinion) and they are USED. Are any of these worth the money or should I just save and build a completely new pc when I have the cash?

150 dollars

-Amd phenom x3 8600 3-core processor
-6Gb ram
-Nvidia Gainward GTX460 GLH edition 1Gb
-320gb
-win10 not activated
--------------------------

210 dollars

-win 8.1 x64 activated
-AMD A8 6500 quad core
-AMD Radeon R8 235 2GB
-1TB HDD
-12 GB's DDR3
--------------------------

190 dollars

-4 quad AMD Phenom II x4B55 3,2 Ghz
-ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO
-GIGABYTE NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460, 768Mt
-8GB's DDR3
-MAXTOR ATA 160GB and Samsung ATA 40GB
-CoolMaster GX 650W
-win 7

- thanks

The $150 one is out of the question for sure. The A8 6500 and Phenom II x4B55 are about equal in CPU performance for gaming, with the Phenom having a tiny edge. But the GTX 460 is a much better performing gfx card than the R8-235. Plus the Phenom's PSU and motherboard is top of the line for that era and will allow upgrading to a faster gfx card and faster CPU(but obsolete) that can be OC'ed in the future.

For strictly gaming right now and getting the better performance, I'd get the $190 package.

Well, understand that I'm just going by the specs you listed. I have no idea the condition of the system, or if it even works. But if it is in a proper case, clean, and everything works as it is supposed to, yes. $190 isn't outrageous.
