hello guys, so a friend of mine is looking to upgrade his pc and he wants the best components for a pc that can run games such as leauge of legends cs go and assasin's creed on high settings but at the price of 350 euros

There's no way to comment without knowing his current PC specs, and recommending going for a pre-built doesn't make sense if he only needs a GPU.

*He didn't say "BUILD" a new PC. He said "UPGRADE" his PC.

350 euros wouldn't get a gaming pre-built rig anyway.

*You can use SPECCY, other software or just know what he's got but we need:

1) CPU
2) Graphics card
3) Power Supply
4) Motherboard
5) Windows version
6) System memory (i.e. DDR3) amount and model

For example:
- FX-4300
- HD7770
- Antec VP450 (450W)
- Asus HPoopy XS
- Windows 7 64-bit
- 4GB DDR3 1600MHz

*If the CPU was strong most could go towards a GPU. He might need CPU + GPU. So really hard to say. Ideally a modern 4-core Intel like i5-4590, i5-6500.

GPU's will depend on budget of course. The GTX1050Ti 4GB is probably the best value right now in a GPU but it's all about the BALANCE of parts and again I just don't have that info.

That may help. Sometimes you can find USED parts as well.

THIS GPU is 140 pounds so if he needs a CPU and/or other parts it might be ideal:

Here's how it compares to other cards (assuming a good CPU so as not to bottleneck things):

It will run CSGO and LoL very nicely when paired with a good CPU and 8GB of system memory.

If you require a new MOTHERBOARD/CPU/Memory combo as well then probably an i3-6100 is the best choice within this budget. For example:

i3-6100: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/hV7CmG/intel-cpu-bx80662i36100

Motherboard: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/MmkwrH/asus-motherboard-h110ma

DDR4 memory: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/dwhj4D/corsair-memory-cmk8gx4m1a2666c16

I think that is just over 350 pound (for 1050Ti, i3-6100, motherboard and 8GB DDR4 stick) before tax/ship but it's just an example. With the budget motherboard having two DDR4 slots I used a single, fast stick so it could add another 8GB if needed.

I think Windows 10 is transferable but that's a bit confusing.

so u dont think he can find some decent stuff for the games that i mentioned to be played in high graphics? nvm the part of upgrading he wants to build a new one without his old specs and he says he doesnt want used parts. :/
