Infinite boot loop

Just bought a few new parts
Namely: zotac gtx 750ti 2gb
I3 6100
Gigabyte h110m-s2
8 gb vengeance ram ddr4
550 wat antec psu
Circle epic gaming cabinet

Assembled them all, at first on my monitor I got "no cable connected."
I removed the ram and plugged it in again
Since then I've been getting an infinite boot loop. I get as far as "starting windows" then i see a blue screen and the pc restarts.
Im almost 90% sure its a hardware problem. Please help.
Btw the hdd worked fine in my previous computer

My advice to start, though I use THIS instead. www.memtest86.com

So.
1) Test system memory (full pass, may take 30 minutes but it varies by DDR4 bandwidth)
- if it fails, then test one stick at a time (if you have two)
- set to "XMP" in the BIOS and save if you've not done so

2) Confirm CPU fan is spinning, and temps are okay (in BIOS should be probably about 30degC or so but it will vary... a lot higher and your CPU cooler may be mounted incorrectly or no fan)

3) Can remove video card and use iGPU only if stuck (remove video card as potential source of issue).

4) Motherboard BIOS update may help, though I'd do as last resort as you don't want to risk screwing that up.
