I have Acer Aspire F5 so : i5-7200U, 8GB DDR4, nVidia GeForce 940mx, SSD 128 GB + 1 TB HDD. My problem is that i have some kind of noise (maybe what people call coil whine). It is kind of a buzzing noise coming from motherboard (i'm 99% sure from CPU). It is electrical buzz, and it gets louder when i play audio. Also, it is louder when my laptop is plugged in. This sound dissapears when i disable Processor Idle State, but the CPU Temperature raises.(With Processor Idle State enabled it is 25-35 degrees on idle, with Processor Idle State enabled it is 40-50 degrees. What should i do? Should i left it enabled, since the sound is not so loud? Is it much better to have the tempereture these 10-15 degrees lower? Thank in advance! :)

Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? It's quite possible that the capacitor/VRM around the CPU socket aren't working according to spec. You should first contact the reseller for the laptop as well as Acer since this might require an RMA.

In retrospect, unless you're not seeing temps around 100 Deg C you're fine but the lower the temperatures the better it s for your cooling solution and the components housed inside the mobile computing device.
