Would these specs run Just Cause 3?

Hiya, I'm wondering if these specs could run Just Cause 3. I can't see why they wouldn't but I've heard stories of terrible framerates and optimisation on this game from people with PCs far more powerful than what the devs recomend is required to run, so I thought I'd ask here in case anyone knew.

CPU: Intel I5 2400
GPU: Nvidia GTX 960
RAM: 8GB
HDD: 1TB

I'd say yes at medium settings .
Not at 60fps solid but to me you're unlikely to see below 40fps.

I wouldn't say its badly optimised , just very pretty & there's a lot going on.

The minimum specs say Minimum Just Cause 3 System Requirements:

OS: Windows Vista SP2, Win 7 SP1, Win 8.1 (64-bit operating system)
CPU: Intel Core i5-2300 2.8GHz 2.93GHz or AMD Phenom II X6 1055T 2.8GHz.
RAM: 6GB.
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 (2GB) or AMD Radeon HD 7870 (2GB)
DX: DirectX 11.
HDD: 45GB.

That suggests a yes to your question.

Looks like you should be OK.

Pretty fun game, been playing through it now. A little repetitive with the capturing but each location feels very unique. The graphics really aren't that mind blowing. I have it completely maxed out and it runs really well, no glitches or issues at all.
