I changed mobo to this... H110M-S2PV DDR3 (http://www.gigabyte.com/fileupload/product/2/5493/20150916135933_big.png)

has one cpu fan head and one sys fan head

can i connect the pump to my psu using a ''fan to molex'' cable?(http://sahinerbay.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/51-pSe3AFYL._SL1500_.jpg)

also..is it possible to go for 2 case fans in 1 sys fan head on my mobo using a ''2 to 1,Y splitter'' cable?(https://www.ekwb.com/shop/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/650x/040ec09b1e35df139433887a97daa66f/f/i/file_132_1.jpg)

Solution
That configuration should work (i assumed you didn't want to connect the pump to the CPU FAN, mainly because some mobos don't POST without getting any connector)

the single radiator fan is going on the CPU-FAN head (as corsair suggests),if i plug the pump to the SYS-FAN then i guess i have to plug the case fans directly to my psu with molex.will this work?
