occasional fps drops

I bought a new laptop almost a month ago. I did not notice any problems except some random shutdowns and disk load of 99,100%. I did not play anything except Dota 2. Then I started to notice random fps drops. I am very disappointed because I expected a lot from this laptop. Temps are high but I do not think this is the issue of fps drops. Gpu max temp when playing Farcry Primal is 85-86 and Cpu is 65-70 . I am getting 45-55 fps on ultra settings but randomly it drops to 20-30. I think it is because of windows but I did not find any answer yet. Please help!
This is my specs

Asus Strix 702VM
Nvidia Geforce 1060
Intel I7
Windows 10 (64-bit)
Ram - 16 GB

the disk load of 90%-100% is a windows problem it also affects your pc's perfomance
to solve that just open run win-R and write services.msc then stop Windows Search (i also had this problem)

Thanks for an answer. It worked for the disk usage but I still get irritating fps drops, situation: I play farcry primal on very high settings, standing in one place , fps is 68-70, suddenly it drops to 20, then goes to 40-50 , when I press Windows+D
and then go back after 10 seconds to game fps is again normal.)) I think the problem is linked to Windows 10
