Computer crashes when starting anything graphically intensive (video games, FuMark, etc). No errors, just restarts the computer even with automatic restart disabled under 'system failure' settings. I built the PC 9 months ago, and about 2 weeks ago the computer will hard restart when anything graphically intensive occurs. The computer is generally pretty stable when browsing the internet and using non graphically intenstive programs. However, on a rare occassion it will also randomly restart without anything graphcially intensive occuring. All drivers are up to date.
I have put a GeForce GTX 750Ti in the computer and it still hard restarts, although not as frequently as with the R9 390. This makes me think the R9 390 is okay. Lowering the GPU clocks on the R9 390 seems to make video games a bit more stable, but the problems still happens. Running FuMark would crash the computer with the R9 390, I did not try FuMark with the GTX750. FuMark does not crash the computer using the motherboard's gpu.
I've tested each stick of RAM and the problem still occurs. CHKDSK on my SSD said it was fine. CPU and GPU temps are normal according to HWiNFO64, even when running games.
Could this be a problem with the PSU or motherboard? I'm a bit hesitant to update the BIOS. Any help would be greatly apprecaited.

GPU: XFX R9 390
PSU: EVGA 650 watt
MoBo: MSI H170 M3 (MS-7978)
OS: Windows 10 education version
