ACER XB240H Via DP + viewsonic ips 21Inch Via HDMI

16gb (2x8) hyperx ddr4

600W PSU "i guess its something around that"
the problem started way back when i first got the screen listed above
and its losing signal to the slightest touch to the display port as a new guy to the displaypost i just assume its normal and ignored it until 1 hour ago after i installed my new glorious dual monitor mount
and after i moved the cable while trying to pick the right angle for me the ACER XB240H stopped getting signal and just dropped from there never saw it again
BUT what i noticed while i was fiddling with everything i can hopefully "fixing" the problem after i boot my PC it just ignored the HDMI and my keyboard didn't get power TOO so i disconnected the Displayport Cable everything comes back like time was frozen so it did freeze my Other Connected devices when i plug it in and this happen after i disconnect and reconnect a couple of times and rebooted a couple too
Hope its all clear and sorry for any typos i just need Help asap
Update:i removed the driver and clean installed the latest ONLY the freeze problem is gone
but no signal and it shows up in nvidia control panel but i cant enable it or change it}

.also i have read someone with same reg faced a similar problem so it might be that.
