Laptop Fan Not Running When Gaming?

Whenever I turn on my laptop or wake it from sleep, the fan is running fine and I can feel the cold air coming out the side.

But as soon as I start doing anything, especially gaming, it seems to stop running. My laptop gets hot, and I no longer feel any air coming through the side vent. The only air I feel is from the cooling pad and it barely does any good.

I know 50C isn't a lot and that there are laptops built to go up to 90C but it bothers me. I've already checked the fan three times, and it was only dirty the first time. Usually it's between 45-50C in-game, but after ~2 weeks of gaming post-cleaning, it goes back up to 58C and above and continues rising until I stop gaming. This should not be happening. :/

SpeedFan doesn't detect my fan, and there's nothing in the BIOS to change regarding the fan. I'm on an Acer Aspire E-15, and have only had the laptop for just over 8 months.

EDIT: The 50C isn't my problem. I don't care if it's 50C. That's when it's normal. But I notice these changes, and my fan, something that should be working fine, isn't. The one day it went up to 60C and kept rising and reached 70C because the fan would not turn on and would have continued to rise and probably burn out if I didn't exit everything. That's my problem. The fan is not working when it should be. And I can't afford to lose this computer.
