Hello.
I recently purchased a 32GB SD Card, but when I put files on there, it had a blank, black screen with a ! mark on it on my Samsung. When I tried to put it on my Windows PC, it says: "Windows Photo Viewer can't open this picture because it doesn't support the format." I have updated Windows Photo Viewer, on Windows 7, and it says .jpeg at the end of every pic; so why is this happening? Thanks.
