Is this PowerColor 480 a good buy? Can't find a review on it...

Right now I have a freesync monitor paired with a 970. When I got the monitor I thought I would get an rx 580/680 sometime down the line, but then I said "my 970 sells on ebay for ~$160 - $190. This card that is better and supports freesync is going for $180, so I pay a maximum of $20 for a modest/good GPU upgrade". So now I want to buy a 480

Anyways, this is the cheapest 480 I've found yet (4gb PowerColor model):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131708&cm_re=rx_480-_-14-131-708-_-Product

And how well does it compare to this (4gb Gigabyte model):
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125907&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

There are multiple reviews for the Gigabyte model, and they all say the card gets pretty hot and that a custom fan curve and under volt is recommended. Do you think the PowerColor model is a good option? Thanks!

Solution
The Powercolor is fine. It's pretty cheap because it got a lot of bad press due to using very cheap VRMs. For the average user it won't be a problem, just don't try to use it for LN2. And be careful with Furmark.
