High cpu usage

Im experiencing cpu usage of up to 100% sometimes with the i7 5820k while playing games causing it to freeze for a moment. And it is very annoying, I have no clue how to fix it. I hope you guys have some ideas, thanks

it may be your disk usage it generally happens because of windows search go to services.msc and disable WS or Windows Search.
i had this same problem but it came with a consequense the search bar doesnt work anymore .
