I have the lowest budget ever 267$ i have an eye on a lot of used workstation

Are
intel by intel Core i5 3g
4g Ram DDR 3
250 HD
It's super cheap So im thinking of buying a high screen card with the rest of the money and ugprade ram to 16gb will cost me all 150$ usd and will it hold modern online gaming ?

i Can replace the Intel core with core i3 3g or core i7 3g either lower the price or higher the price a bit will it matter to me and which choice best i should take.

oh thx also that case is USED will it be better to buy a new gaming Case? will cost x3 times the price and will have less than core i5 also i can make sure i have psu very high if the one that comes with the case is bad but over all im buying the case corei5 with 4 gb ram 250g hard power psu 400 with only 100$ usd :D is it good deal to upgrade to gaming or , better to buy a new case gaming will be stronger idc about looks i just want it to be effective in Gaming such as world of warcraft etc.

With the info you gave no way to know how well it will work for gaming. What CPU and need full system specs in general. Need some details. No need for 16 GB, 8 GB is good enough for a cheaper setup. An i5 pretty much any generation with a GTX 1050 or Ti will be OK for games at 1080 at low- medium settings.

"Gaming" PC case is much more marketing BS than technical. If you don't intent to (and your parts wont let you) massively overclock, standard off-the shelf ATX (or microATX) case will do the job, even with the CPU and PSU fans. You can always add fans later.

the games i intent to use is Dota 2, World of warcraft, league of legends , dragon nest all the online games i never play a PC game like gta or prototype Will i7 with gtx 750 ti or gtx 1050 run smoothly on the games i mention let's say high Settings

i didn't mean by case " the case it self " i ment th workstation dell intel by intel Motherboard + core i7 + ram Is it better than any other brand or the same and not to mention this one is " used "

For gaming, no need for an i7, better with an i5 and a faster video card. i5-6500 and a GTX 1060 3GB are good lower cost parts for good results at 1080p in any game. 8 GB of RAM and you are good.
