can a ASRock FM2A88M PRO3+ FM2+ 95W / FM2 100W AMD A88X (Bolton D4) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard support a CPU cooler?

Solution
Hopefully you have PC Case with generous room around the motherboard (specifically, a standard or wider case... say 20cm or wider). Check your case's dimensions on a search engine or measure it yourself).

As Paladin said you might need to remove your Motherboard (which means almost entirely disassembling your computer) to install the cooler's backplate. It'll take an hour or two and should only be attempted if you're comfortable working inside a computer and the warranty (if any) is already void or you don't mind voiding it yourself.

If you've got spare cash consider an all-in-one Water Cooling Unit such as an NZXT Kraken X-42 ( https://www.nzxt.com/products/kraken-x42 ). It's quieter than an air-cooler...
Of course it does, every CPU needs a cooler, you probably have factory default cooler and you want an aftermarket cooler ?
Most aftermarket coolers come with kits for multiple platforms. For AMD platform mounting is same on all MBs from AM2 socket and up. Only other precaution is to see if a particular cooler can fit in your particular computer case.

if you look on your motherboard (assuming this is a build computer) you will see a fan in the middle of your motherboard, there is a fan on your cpu cooler on top of your cpu. if you want a new one or a water cooler for example you will have to look for your chip type and will require in many cases you to pull your motherboard from your computer to apply the back plate. on the rear of the motherboard.

It's quieter than an air-cooler, won't get nearly as dusty and will keep the CPU much cooler than air-cooling solutions. The only downside is you'll need to uninstall one of your case's case-fans to replace with the Kraken's own case fan.

Do your case measurements to make sure anything you're considering will fit.
