Every time I play Synthesia my keyboard disconnects randomly while playing a song, I noticed it hasn't done it at all in the menu, It only does it while I'm playing a song, I think it does it when I get to more complicated parts because it does it less on some songs, Sometimes it takes 30 seconds into a song to disconnect and sometimes I could be playing for 15 minutes and then it disconnects, There is no sound that it makes when it happens, My keyboard itself is still on, If I turn the volume up on my keyboard I can still hear it when I play but it's like it stops all midi output (To Synthesia) when it happens so I can't hear it on Synthesia, Another thing to note is that when this happens, The midi input (To my keyboard) still works, I just can't play anything. I was playing a song and I set Synthesia up to auto play it while the glitch was happening and it played just fine through my keyboard but I couldn't play at all in Synthesia, But again I could hear what I was playing through my keyboard speakers and not Synthesia itself. Very odd, I've gone through and set all my usb hubs and things like that so it doesn't power off, I've switched up usb ports, I've restarted my computer and reinstalled drivers a couple times, No dice. I'll be trying my keyboard on another computer with Synthesia tomorrow to see if it's my keyboard or a software issue, I was just wondering if you guys may have any tips for this? Synthesia version 10.3.4096, Windows 10, Alesis Recital keyboard with usb A to usb B.
