Best cheap CPU upgrade?

First, my build:
-Amd FX-6300
-MSI gtx 1070 (upgraded from a 950 a couple days ago)
-MSI 760gma-p34(fx)
-EVGA 600b
-8gb ddr3 Kingston hyperX fury

So I have heard it many times, and I know I will probably hear it in this thread. I know that my CPU is a very large bottleneck for this graphics card (on very high CPU games). I have a budget of around 250-350$ depending on a few things. I do not play many CPU intensive games, but I feel my CPU bottlenecking some of the games I play(such as rust, ghost in the shell) and a few other games.

My question is, what is a good upgrade solution so I won't have a horrible bottleneck (I know for this price point I will obviously have a bottleneck). Or, should I just save and do an upgrade at a later time.

One other thing I would like to add, I was browsing craigslist the other day and I found a i7 4770k for around 200$. It was used, and according to the owner, not overclocked. Is this a good option as well, or should I look elsewhere.

Thanks,

This is a decent starting point to get you into Skylake, but then again Kaby Lake and Zen are supposed to drop next month so waiting might not be a bad idea.

Remember zen will drop soon so if you can wait it may be worth it (it may not)
