So all of a sudden my PC seems to be shutting itself off and restarting at sudden intervals when playing CS:GO. When it shuts down before the main boot screen I see 9C, A2. Then once the desktop is showing it says "USB device malfunctioned" which leads me to believe one of my devices is somehow causing my whole PC to crash. Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.
Attempted Unplugging RAM, re setting. Plugging USB's in different outlets. Tried different mouses
Build i7 4790k, GTX 970, 16gb Corsair Vengeance RAM, 1tb HDD, 250gb SSD, 750w corsair PSU

9C is a USB error and A2 is an IDE error. Here's a couple of things to check:

Your system could be searching for a USB boot device Go into your BIOS and ensure that the boot priority is set for your OS drive.
Your system could be having issues with one of your connected USB devices. Try updating your chipset and USB drivers, as well as any appropriate drivers for attached devices.
You could also try connecting your devices to different USB ports.
