I want to ask this community about what was the problem that stopped my pc from powering on? Here's what happened -

1. Assembled the PC, new build, and powered on. Worked for 2 days.

Build:

i7 6700
Hyper x Fury dual rank 8 gb 2133 c14 ddr4 ram.
GT 640 Nvidia graphics card.
B150m MORTAR Mobo.
3 HDD
Seasonic m12ii Evo bronze.

2. Turned off to manage the cable again. This time, no power on. Just a blue led below the PCI 3 slot lay lit continuously. No blinking.

3. Reset CMOS, still the same.

4. So tested, after a day, still the same.

5. Finally took the psu out to test, it worked. Thought the problem is in Mobo.

6. Removed the Mobo, placed it on wooden table. Started it with CPU, ram, psu. Worked!

7. Put everything back in and it's now working!

So my question is what was the problem? MSI support said that it's gonna be alright now. Seriously, what could be the reason?

PS. I wore a woollen jacket while cable management, the second time.

And the Mobo this time, I fitted with only 4 nut bolts that is placed on the raised platform, the ones on the interior of Mobo. Left the 4 outer corner ones as it is. The Mobo seemed to be bending if I tried to put the bolt there.

Looks like PSU 0V/ground issue, to confirm this I would use digital multi meter and check all black pins,

    ■ Isolate PSU casing with non conductive material (unused mouse pad, fabrics, etc), unscrew PSU from case's screw holes.
    ■ Replace with plastic bolts, nuts, and seals. After securing all parts, touch your case, if you sense electric stun, check your screwing again, make sure no metal nudge the PSU.
    ■ Now PSU leaking has been taking care, if you still feel mild stun, check cables.
