I have this machine::Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq dc5800 Small Form Factor. It comes with 1 GB ram, Intel core 2 duo CPU and a very poor motherboard graphics.Can someone answer me this question:If i upgrade this PC can it play games like battlefield 3 or cs go? Or do i have to scrap it all and buy a new one?

You might be able to upgrade to a Quad 2 Quad CPU and get to 2GB of memory, but overall this doesn't get you that far and DDR2 memory is expensive. Use it as-is and start saving for a new computer down the road. It is not worth investing anything into your current PC...
Thank you for your answer.I agree with you, i cant do anything with a pc that supports only DDR2 . Tomorrow i will buy a ddr2 ram to upgrade it beacuse oh man i cant live with this pc.It barely runs windows 7 and any game.I will add only 2 gb ram to it, and thats it! I will save my money to a better pc.Have you got and suggestions on which pc? (And oh man the ram costs 35 dollars! The ddr3 is MUCH cheaper!( I want a pc with at least i5 to i3 CPU and a medium graphics card.Ram should be at minimum 4 gb)

Would need to know your budget and intended use (games, apps, etc), but this forum can absolutely help. Come back closer to your purchase date. Things change often... Also, consider building a PC rather than buying a pre-built. You will spend the same or less, but will get much better internal components. Watch a few videos on the build process... it is not all that daunting and you will find a lot of support online to guide you.
