why my nb frequency so less!!

I just added a DDR4 8GB-2134 and original have DDR4 4GB-1600
and total now have 12gb
why my nb frequency just have 399 and sometimes but just a second jump to 2800 and jumb back to 399,it is not stable.
My DRAM is stable, it stay at1064
MY SPECS:
LENOVO LAPTOP
INTEL CORE i5-7200U@ 2.50ghz
Nvidia GeForce 920MX
Mainboard: Torronto 4C2

Consider yourself lucky that they work together at all. You should have investing in a dual channel kit and sold off the 4gb or saved it for testing purposes is what I tell customers when they make such inquiries..
