Help for Right CPU and GPU choice

For Photoshop, Lightroom and some average gaming(eg. Assassins Creed 3). Should I get a better GPU or CPU. My budget can afford only one.
CPU: i5 6th Gen over i3 6th Gen
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750ti over GT 730
Please Give me a choice, Thank you

Tough call, but I'd go with a GPU. The GT 730 is "meh" when it comes to high demanding programs, especially gaming. The I3 may be a small bottleneck for certain things, but 6th Gen i3's are actually VERY good.

Check to see if a GTX 1050 ti is cheaper. For some reason, I've seen GTX 960's boost to over $400 (from ~200) after the 1060 came out, probably because they arent manufactured anymore.
