Small key USB nano wifi adapter 802.11n

Behind the PC i have a Small key USB nano wifi adapter 802.11n
And it generates a WiFi (named "WOW FI") my phone sees it my Laptop sees it and asks for a user name and password to connect, how do i enter in it to change password? like with router with 192.168.1.1 and etc...

SO when my PC can see it it says is a: Realtek RTL8188CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adapter

Problem is like before understanding how to enter it, but also understanding why with out installing nothing related to wifi/net drivers the wifi worked before but now is not working

I mean i could connect to my router through wifi before because of that usb key, but after a while not anymore
The normal Ethernet connection through cable worked always and still works

And it still generates that wifi signal "WOW FI"
