I have i3 - 3. 20 GHz, 8gb Ram, Windows 7 64 bit and Asus GT610-2GD3L-SL.Shall I play GTA 5 with a good graphics?

True. GT610 is so old and slow that even integrated graphics from core i3 (series 4 and above) outperform it by several orders of magnitude - and even with them, you would only be able to play on low, up to 768p resolution. You need a much, much better card for good graphics, something like rx470/480 or GTX1050ti/1060. Even then, you can probably expect at least some level of issues - this particular game is quite buggy and sometimes stutters even on much more powerful rigs.
