I would go for an i5-6500. It is probably the best value for the dollar right now and will easily last you 5 or more years in gaming.

I would go with an i5 6600k personally and they run about $230. You also have to remember you'll most likely need a motherboard and RAM as well. If you already have a system, tell us the specs and we'll see what you can do with it.

I'm not sure if you can buy the skylake CPU + mobo + ram for 200$, but you can find some deals too!

No, B150M-HD3 uses DDR4. B150M-HD3 DDR3 uses ddr3.
