COmputer Screen Glitch please help

While playing games on my pc my computer screen sometimes turns like that and stops responding.Earlier it used to be only once or twice in a week,but now it happens within 30-40sec while playing.What should i do? Please tell. Please dont tell me to buy a graphics card because i cant buy it now. Please suggest an alternate way. I changed my os from xp to 7ultimate and even 8.1 yet the problem persists. Even after installing Royal Bna Driver it has happened. While normally working on a computer it never happens but while playing games it happenshttp://
My PC Specs are
Processor-Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66GHZ
Graphics- Intel GMA 4500m(Yeah i know its integrated)
Ram-4GB DDR3

Stop playing computer games. (that's the alternate way).

You have a 10 year old CPU, and an integrated GPU which is one of the worse Intel ever made. The GMA series can handle 2003 era games, not much more.
