Hello,
I bought a Z170-A and I'm totally disappointed, the mic has serious noises. In my old Asus AM3, with +10db and 'hearing this device' selected, the sound is amazing. I tested both with same earphones/mic, same config, and the difference is huge.
I'm using win7, so maybe Z170A architecture (for win10) is not compatible, only one driver so far was accepted. I'm making several tests, but the main question is:
As last option... if I need to buy a sound card, is the Asus Xonar DG compatible? Would the DGX be compatible?
Xonar DG: PCI v2.2 or above bus compatible
I'm lost about this, would appreciate if anyone can help, please! Thank you.
