PC config:-

AMD fx8350 (stock cooler,not overclocked)

Amd R9270x power color

Asus M5a78l-m-usb3 motherboard

2*4GB 1600mhz Ram

cooler master 600W PSU

Having fps drops since 6 months, didnt find a solution, please help. Below Im posting my results while playing game from HW info,CPU Z,MSI. All my drivers are up to date,BIOS is also the latest version available.Im using Windows 10.

As you can see,GPU is not fully utilized yet the FPS is so low (25-40) all settings. Please check if there is any issue with Ram ,only 3200MB being used while playing Farcry 4. Power settings in control panel are set to highest performance. Thank you in advance.

Solution
Looks like your CPU may be over heating.

The FX 8350 starts to throttle down at 72C, and you're at 76.

Either your computer is full of dust, or your CPU fan isn't enough. (if it's stock cooler, it most likely isn't.)

They CM Hyper 212 evo is a good choice, but may be too tall for your case: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/hmtCmG/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2
Smallers ones get more expensive though, but perform the same or better:

Also your motherboard is not good enough to power the CPU. Which is a separate issue from the fact that your CPU is overheating.
FPS drops can be PSU related, because your PSU doesn't supply consistent power to the hardware.

Cooler Master doesn't really make good PSUs either.

It could also be your CPU holding you back in games like FC4.

The GTX 980 used in those tests is 100% stronger than your 270x though.

But also try a benchmark like Unigine Valley and see if you can get your GPU to reach 100% usage: https://unigine.com/en/products/benchmarks/valley

But i didn't have any issues when I first bought the PC, the issues started only a little later, after I upgraded to Windows 10.1 I suppose. Anyway I did a system format again but that didn't help. I should try the GPU test as u told. But can you find anything from the images I attached, anything out of place?

I second what James said about dust. That lines up perfectly with "it was fast before but slow now".

Another thing to check is that your case has good ventilation and airflow, that your fans aren't pressed up against a wall or desk, or in a cramped entertainment center.

Good luck.

Thanks a lot. I followed your suggestion and ran the Unengine, everything seems to be working fine. I kept the Quality at Ultra ,with Tesellation at extreme and anti aliaising turned off. Got a score of 906 and FPS average of 36. I do know my motherboard isn't great but here in India PC parts are expensive. The MSI 970 is nearly 150$, so i cannot afford it as of now. However, cooler master 212x is within my budget ,so I will go for it.

PS;- Do the unengine benchmark results give conclusive evidence that My PC is in normal condition?? Thanks in Advance.
