Hiya,

A day or so ago, my computer had to have a reinstallation of Windows. Since then, I've not been able to get any audio from it. I get this:

When I click on the sound button, a troubleshooting window appears, saying this:

I've looked at several videos giving solutions, none of them working.
On my Device Manager I have this sign on the Realtek HD Audio:

When I check the properties to see the status, it gives me "This device cannot start. (Code 10) The request is not supported."

Here is my specification (only provided info that I think might be useful):
OS: Windows 10 Home
Processor: Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @3.40GHz
BIOS Mode: Legacy
Motherboard Model: ASUS P8Z77-V LX
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series

I don't have a lot of knowledge towards this part of computing, so I am sorry if I have not provided the right info.

Update:

On the "Sound" window, I receive a description saying "No audio devices are installed":

Just tried this. Still not working. If it helps, this is the window that comes up when I click the sound icon now:

Sadly I've already tried this (adding to main post). Thank you for trying!

I've already tried to do this (also by using the Realtek ASUS recommended sound drivers on their website) and neither option have worked. If you check one of my earlier replies you will see that I have also "No audio devices are installed".

Thanks for trying.

Tried that :/
My best bet is on Windows 10 acting up due to possible conflicts with my Radeon Graphics Card maybe?

Doing some updates and then seeing what happens.
