The laptopn was working fine then I tried to turn it on again. It booted straight to the BIOS. The HDD and the SSD could not be found in the boot options. I decided to reinstall windows to try and fix, the installer found both the SSD and the HDD! It would not let me install on either. It now can only boot into the BIOS. (windows 10)

Thanks in advance

Do you know which key is normally pressed during startup to go into BIOS (e.g., F2, F10)? F2 should be the key as I understand the configuration.

Can you see the boot drive settings in BIOS? Is the system to normally boot from the SSD?

Can you remove/disable the HDD?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

Here are some ideas from a similar post within this forum:

Its F2. You hold it down when starting.

You can't see the boot drives in the bios even when trying to add one. Normally boots from SSD.

Can't boot into safe mode.

Its like both the HDD and SSD have died but the windows installer can find them...
