Hello, I'm planning to buy a gaming PC from Amazon.com.
What he got is 1370$ for the case (no windows, monitor, mouse..etc is required)
I don't want to over-clock since I have no idea how it works.
Thanks!

Solution
the build was just a guild you can replace it with a 1070 or higher gpu if you want. myself i would wait for the newer kurby lake cpu in a few weeks buy the k cpu you dont have to over clock it and a 270 chipset mb. with the faster m2 slot on the mb look at the new evo 960 m2 ssd. for speed. if not look at the older i7 the i7 are faster in games then the i5. and a good large monitor

Try this http://pcpartpicker.com/list/ It's probably the single greatest website for PC builders, as it lets you not only find the lowest prices for components from a variety of resellers, but it won't let you select incompatible components while also giving you your build's wattage. And you can pick basically EVERYTHING, down to fans and peripherals. I've used it from my first build up through today. And a great feature is you can set it for price alerts on components, which is especially useful this time of year when you can hit some pretty decent sales...Also this subreddit https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/?count=25&after=t3_5gt0he can help you find insane deals on parts. Sometimes only for 24 hours at DEEP discounts. Try it! Next thing you know YOU'LL be answering people's questions about building, because you'll have the resources everyone uses.

Thank you for the reply, but I have mentioned that I'm not really planning to over-clock, which makes buying overclockable CPUs uselessly expensive

For 1370$ build, I'm quite sure having GTX 1060 is not quite good deal

You don't need a 1080...Go with a 1070...I do fine with a 1060, actually. Even with Vive. An i5 is fine, unless you're doing video editing. 8 to 16 gigs ram is fine. I use 8 gigs of old 1600 mhz DDR3 and do fine on benchmarks. You don't need a fancy gaming mobo, just get one that has the basics. If you aren't OC'ing, don't worry about liquid cooling, get a 212 EVO. POW you've just saved enough money to get an Oculus or Vive (well, ALMOST) ;)

It is about $30 more expensive for k series and its 4ghz even not overclocked compared to non k 3.4 is why i put it in there and motherboard is h series not z .
